● A CLEAR PROCESS, WITH NOTES TO MATCH

See what we checked.
Know what to do next.

First, we agree on one AI/API action workflow and its test cases. We check it only in the owner-approved, non-production setup, discuss evidence-backed observations with your technical lead, and document recommendations. Your team implements any changes; we repeat the agreed check once before handoff. This is not a full application audit or penetration test.

FROM FIRST CALL TO HANDOFF 01

  1. 01

    Get permission in writing

The product owner approves the work before we start. Together, we name the single workflow, test account, non-production environment, approved actions, stop conditions and technical reviewer before any access.

  2. 02

    Map the important path

We follow the agreed test cases through that workflow and record the boundaries the test setup actually exposes.

  3. 03

    Make findings concrete

We record repeatable observations and expected versus actual behavior. A concern that cannot be reproduced stays labeled as unverified, not as a confirmed vulnerability.

  4. 04

    Recheck agreed changes

Your technical lead decides which changes to accept and your team implements them. We repeat the agreed check once and record the result.

  5. 05

    Hand back the notes

You get a straightforward record of what we reviewed, what the checks showed, which customer-implemented changes we rechecked and what was outside the agreed scope.

THE BOUNDARIES ARE PART OF THE WORK 02

Be specific about the work.
Be honest about its limits.

  • ✓ This sprint does not include production changes
  • ✓ Keep passwords, access tokens and live secrets out of email
  • ✓ This is not a full application audit or penetration test
  • ✓ The agreed work excludes broad scans and destructive tests
  • ✓ Potential critical findings need review by a qualified independent specialist
